Ticket Exchanges
The Philadelphia Orchestra has a flexible 24-hour notice ticket exchange policy. If you are not able to attend your concert you may exchange your tickets for another performance in the same season. A $10.00 per-ticket fee will be applied for Single Ticket purchases, Subscribers can exchange fee-free.

If you are exchanging a lower priced ticket for a more expensive ticket you will be charged the difference in price. If you exchange a higher priced ticket for a lower priced ticket, the price difference will be kept by The Philadelphia Orchestra

Tickets can be exchanged by visiting My Account or by calling 215.893.1999 during normal operating hours.

Special Events and Sound All Around performances are not eligible for exchanges.

All exchanged tickets are subject to availability. Tickets may not be exchanged once a concert has passed. Please destroy outdated tickets.

Donate Your Tickets
Anyone who cannot use their tickets is invited to donate their tickets and receive a tax-deductible credit by calling 215.893.1999. 24-hour notice is appreciated.
